Jerry Keenan is President of the New Jersey Alliance for Action, one of the state’s most respected and influential advocates for infrastructure investment and capital construction.

For more than 50 years, the Alliance has brought together leaders from business, labor, government, utilities, transportation, academia, healthcare and more – all united around one mission: Building a Better Future for New Jersey.

Jerry is proud to lead a non-partisan and non-profit association founded in 1974 that works every day to strengthen the economy by promoting environmentally friendly capital construction, securing funding and permits for major projects, and creating new business opportunities for our members.

Under Jerry’s leadership, the Alliance has expanded dramatically — reaching record membership growth, sold-out events, and a stronger voice in shaping the state’s infrastructure priorities.

Jerry spends most of his time bringing decision-makers and industry leaders together, spotlighting major projects, and making sure Alliance for Action members know where the next business opportunities are.

Whether it’s transportation, energy, water, higher education, healthcare, data centers, or emerging technologies, Jerry’s focused on the projects and policies that move New Jersey forward.

Jerry’s work also includes producing major statewide conferences, testifying on key issues, developing strategic white papers for elected officials, and elevating the incredible engineering, construction, and design work happening across the state.
